Goals

• Analytics = Metrics + Direction
• Metrics with constructive feedback for improving wikis and online information
• Know what is cited in Wikipedia and where
• Build a chain of provenance from Wikipedia to Wikipedia's sources to the sources' sources
• Understand the relative, contextual reliability of sources
